Data Race uses publicly available data from reputable sources. All data is processed transparently and sources are clearly attributed.
World Bank Open Data
The World Bank provides free and open access to global development data. We use their API to fetch economic, demographic, and environmental indicators.

FAO — Food and Agriculture Organization
FAOSTAT provides free access to food and agriculture data for over 245 countries. We use their bulk data to track crop and livestock production worldwide.

Data Updates
We update our datasets when new data becomes available from source organizations, typically on an annual basis. The latest data year available varies by indicator and is shown on each visualization.
